0:00 hey there everyone uh so this is just a
0:04 continuation of a video I just finished
0:07 where I took
0:09 uh title to generate a very expressive
0:12 prompt to generate um uh image so
0:16 generating The Prompt via prompt perfect
0:19 and generating the image via dream
0:20 Studio which is uh stable diffusion as
0:23 IPI service from stability
0:27 AI the problem with this is that um
0:31 usually I mean there are models that
0:33 creates bigger resolution but in this
0:36 case it only generated a 512 pixel image
0:39 which of course for modern uh websites
0:43 is basically not enough so what I'm
0:45 going to show now is basically
0:49 upscaling uh before I show that as
0:52 always this is Dro ball uh installed
0:54 with AI interpolator module soon
0:56 hopefully there's going to be
0:58 description uh sorry a link in the
1:00 description on how to set up Drupal if
1:02 anyone is interested in that and how to
1:04 set up the interpolator it's open source
1:07 free you can set it up after you looked
1:10 at this
1:11 yourself um so we want to upscale and
1:15 we're going to use stability AI uh
1:17 service stream studio for this as well
1:19 then so what we do is we go to the our
1:22 recipe content type and we're just going
1:24 to create a new field here now
1:26 then uh that's going to be called uh um
1:30 well we call that the header image which
1:32 was pretty stupid because this should be
1:34 the header image I guess but uh we just
1:37 call it real header image you have
1:40 to think of better naming and do some
1:43 pre-planning when you set this up not
1:44 like me in this
1:46 case and we just need
1:49 one uh
1:52 we disable the alt field and then we're
1:55 going to enable the AI interpolator and
1:56 choose dream Studio image upscaler so
1:59 that's what's going to want to scale it
2:00 up and there you can choose between uh
2:04 scaling on width and height in this case
2:06 it was a cube so it doesn't matter but
2:08 usually you scale on width I guess um
2:11 there is something called down scale to
2:12 upscale and the idea behind that is
2:14 basically that um this tool or this API
2:18 can't upscale something that's larger
2:20 than 1
2:22 24 uh which means if it's between 10,24
2:27 and what you want to upscale to it's not
2:29 going to work but there is logic to
2:32 handle this so basically downscales it
2:35 to 1024 and then upscales it to what you
2:38 want
2:41 um er also for your information then if
2:45 you happen to upload a image that's
2:47 larger than 2048 it's just going to copy
2:50 this it's not going to do a API call
2:53 that cost money and so on it makes no
2:55 sense
2:56 right uh in our case we don't have to
2:58 enable that because we know hours is 512
3:01 right so we're using the header image as
3:03 our base
3:04 field uh in this case we had already
3:08 a chain of events that had a weight of
3:12 102 the last one so we set this to
3:16 103 save
3:23 it then we can go to our
3:28 content so you see real header image is
3:30 not filled out the rest is filled
3:33 out click
3:37 save and if we look at this now we have
3:40 a upscaled image right uh so this is
3:44 2048 I hope 248 pixels
3:49 exactly um so this is upscaling one note
3:53 there it's very good on AI generated
3:56 images it's not as good when you use
3:59 real images um uh it adds artifacts uh
4:04 especially on on Photo realistic images
4:08 um so that's just a heads up so you know
4:12 about it but um the result usually looks
4:16 better than you know trying to upscale a
4:18 image yourself and it becomes pixelated
4:21 at
4:22 least uh so that's
4:25 upscaling uh yeah thank you for
4:28 watching
